We are looking for a passionate and reliable Occupational Therapist to join our growing mobile healthcare team as a contractor. You will be working cross Greater Sydney region, providing client-centred, community-based care to adults and elderly clients under the NDIS, Home Care Packages, and private referrals.

What You'll Do:

Deliver client - centred OT services in the community

Manage a diverse caseload: NDIS participants, aged care, and post-op rehab

Conduct functional assessments, home modifications, and equipment prescriptions

Deliver tailored interventions to improve independence and daily function

Close collaboration with physiotherapists, and other health professionals

Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health teams

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance

ABN and own transport

Experienced or interested in working with NDIS and aged care

Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach

Strong communication and time-management skills

Reliable and punctual
