ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive the evolution of the brand in this pivotal leadership role. As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead strategic planning, digital execution, and customer-focused campaigns that bring the brand to life. Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape brand identity, grow adviser engagement, and elevate CX. DUTIES

• Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy to support business growth and brand evolution
• Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns that elevate and drive adviser engagement
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, and email communications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Measure campaign performance and optimise strategies based on insights and data
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver marketing projects on time and on brand

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within financial services, insurance, or a highly regulated industry
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering impactful brand and digital marketing campaigns
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling customer-centric messaging
• Proficiency in digital platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools
• Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
