Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technologist to join our team, focusing on upgrading and maintaining our automated food production systems. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety across our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Upgrade, implement and maintain automated food production equipment and systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production machinery

Develop and execute plans for equipment upgrades and improvements

Monitor system performance and implement efficiency enhancements

Ensure all engineering systems comply with food safety standards and regulations

Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes

Document technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and system modifications

Train production staff on proper equipment operation

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs

Research and recommend new technologies to improve production capabilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Electronics, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering related roles

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Project management experience, with ability to lead technical implementations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience in SOC design or verification would be highly valued
