We are a leader in the field of building automation and energy management within the control environment for commercial and industrial buildings, providing completely customised service installing, designing, upgrading, commissioning and end to end project delivery.
We actively require an Electronics Engineer to join our well established team in Melbourne. Some interstate travel may be required for training.
The Role:
You will be running small projects such as system upgrades and extensions as well as general servicing, trouble-shooting of Building Automation/Energy Management Systems. You will be expected to work closely with customers to identify additional opportunities to expand and improve their existing systems, build sound relationships and represent the company in a positive light.
Suitable candidates will come from a technical hands on role or trade background looking for a new career pathway where your current skills will be utilised. Full training and support provided.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and industry sector
Demonstrated experience within HVAC, controls, electrical, cabling, security, data or other trade work will be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
A thirst for challenge and a strong aspiration to excel in your career
Hold or willing to undertake training for a restricted electrical license within first 6 month probation period
Current driving License
