Key Responsibilities

Hardware Installation & Configuration:

Integrate and calibrate hydraulic control systems for Fairway Mower Robots.

Deploy and troubleshoot autonomous robotic systems at golf course sites.

Technical Support & Customer Success:

Provide post-sales technical support, including remote diagnostics and on-site maintenance.

Train clients on robotic system operation and best practices.

Product Development Collaboration:

Test and validate new robotic prototypes, providing feedback to R&D teams.

Research emerging AI/robotics trends to enhance product performance.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for supplier coordination).

Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
