About the Role

This opportunity offers the best of both worlds: lead a team of five Property Managers while overseeing a medium-sized portfolio of your own (which will reduce over time). Your leadership will support a total portfolio of 550 high-quality properties located in sought-after inner-city suburbs such as South Yarra, and Abbotsford.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, guidance and leadership to a team of five Property Managers

Manage and mentor team members to ensure KPIs and service standards are met

Oversee a medium sized personal portfolio with support

Assist in growing the rent roll through referral network management

Ensure compliance, legislation knowledge, and best practices are upheld

Be a go-to resource, creating a positive and accountable team culture

What You’ll Get

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday with 1–2 WFH days per week (after probation)
