Are you passionate about securing digital identities and building future-ready access frameworks? Join this team as an IAM Specialist and take charge of designing, deploying, and optimising enterprise-grade identity solutions that keep their systems safe, seamless, and scalable.

This is a critical, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to protect access to business-critical environments. From deploying SSO and MFA to running lifecycle automation and audit processes, you’ll be a key driver in modernising IAM across their digital ecosystem.

What You’ll Own & Deliver

• Architect and deploy enterprise IAM platforms such as Forgerock, Ping, or Saviynt
• Build and enforce secure authentication and authorisation flows using SSO, MFA, and Federation
• Integrate IAM with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems
• Manage full identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and Just-in-Time access
• Automate repetitive IAM operations via Python, PowerShell, Java, or Bash
• Lead root-cause analysis for identity-related incidents and eliminate recurring issues
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to align IAM with business needs
• Implement compliance, audit, and access review processes in line with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2
• Monitor and optimise performance of authentication services and directory platforms like Active Directory, EntraID, and LDAP
• Contribute to service strategies, incident response, and technical change management across IAM products
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions and enhancements
• Foster a safety-first culture by adhering to all relevant IT, security, and company policies

Who You Are

• 5+ years in IAM-focused engineering or architecture roles
• Strong practical knowledge of Forgerock, Ping, or Saviynt
• Expert in SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and LDAP
• Confident integrating IAM into complex cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experienced in directory services and identity federation
• Familiar with API security, token management, and secure application access patterns
• Strong scripting ability and automation mindset
• Adept in solving tough identity issues with both technical and business impact in mind
