About us
Studio Noah Pet Photography is a boutique photography studio catering for pets and their people, tested by animals since 2003. Our current Client Relationship Manager is going on Maternity leave, so we require another superstar to fill her shoes while she is away.
Qualifications & experience
Enjoy a wide variety of tasks
Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
Customer service experience (2 years+)
Management experience (2 years +)
Strong communication skills
Prioritise tasks and work within deadlines
Have a bubbly & authentic phone manner
Genuine empathy and interest in people
Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook
WordPress advantageous but non essential
Social Media experience advantageous but non essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Liaising with clients via phone, email and in person, inbound & outbound sales phone calls
Appointment scheduling & diary management
Work independently as part of a team
Meeting KPI's
Receive & log payments
Stock management and supplier liaisons
Social media & website upkeep
