The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins and lead a passionate team in delivering extraordinary guest experiences in one of Australia’s most unique and pristine settings.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation—leading a team of 20 onsite staff, shaping unforgettable guest journeys, and upholding the highest standards of service, sustainability, and hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Curating magical experiences through collaboration with guides, chefs, and staff.
Leading and mentoring a close-knit team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Overseeing all day-to-day operations—hospitality, logistics, guest services, and budgets.
Collaborating with the Head Chef on local, culturally rich dining experiences.
Driving innovation, profitability, and sustainability with every decision.
Being the warm, professional face of the lodge—hosting, storytelling, and problem-solving.
Managing site safety, maintenance, staff development, and strategic planning.

We’re Looking for Someone who:
Has senior leadership experience in remote or high-end hospitality settings
Thrives in challenging, dynamic environments
Is commercially savvy and hands-on in operations
Has a deep respect for nature, culture, and community
Is confident, warm, and professional—great with guests and great with teams
Is ready to live and lead in one of the most beautiful places on earth
Requirements:
First Aid and CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
RSA Certificate
MR Driver’s License & NT Driver Accreditation
National Police Clearance
Experience in managing remote operations (essential), with at least 2 years in a luxury asset (preferred)
Experience as a multi-site General Manager in either tourism or hospitality (desirable)
Commercially savvy, with a track record of delivering profitable operations
Excellent and effective verbal communication skills, with good time management and organisational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
