About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This newly created position is responsible for the design and development of systems and processes that enhance efficiency and support effective delivery of our operational and strategic goals.

We are in an exciting period of growth and this role will require an individual with the innovation and drive to match the pace and intensity of our business!

As Business Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

Critical review of process bottlenecks and solution design to improve speed of delivery and reliability.

Translation of business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications to enable 'fit for purpose' solution selection.

Managing the implementation of new solutions and driving change management activities by engaging a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.

Testing and quality assurance activities including assessing design compliance and conducting periodic audits.

Reporting and monitoring to evaluate system performance and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Our new team member will have:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a commercial environment performing business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation and testing.

Degree in Technology or a related field, post graduate qualifications will be favourably regarded.

Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC and experience using business analysis tools, such as Jira, Visio, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart. Project management qualifications such as PMP, Prince2 are highly desirable.

Knowledge of business process modelling, data modelling, and system design and familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, you are a confident presenter and able to adapt your style to suit the target audience.
