Key responsibilities
Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements and system needs.
Assist with system configuration, process mapping, and testing activities.
Help maintain system documentation and support stakeholder training and adoption.
Work alongside senior analysts to identify improvements and contribute to projects.
Provide support for service desk requests and system issues under supervision.
About you
Nearing completion or recently completed ICT or a related qualification.
Some experience or exposure to business analysis, system support, or configuration tasks.
A clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a team, managing competing priorities, and taking direction.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to grow your skills in a real-world setting.
What we offer you
Base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
2-year contract – 2 positions available – both full-time (Total 37.5 hours per week)
19-day month
