Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a clean and accurate tenancy database

Acting as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries

Coordinating maintenance and scheduled services

Supporting lease renewals and tenant retention

Assisting senior Property Managers with leasing enquiries

Managing rental arrears in collaboration with admin support

Conducting routine inspections and communicating with landlords

About You:

As a representative of Collings, you’ll be well presented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering a high level of service.

You’ll also have:

A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong time management and a willingness to follow proven systems

An independent mindset and a team-first attitude
