About the role:

We are currently seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our friendly team in our Community located in Grafton. Reporting directly to the Community Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for gardening, maintenance of the park, office cover as required as well as general cleaning of the Community Centre.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general garden upkeep and maintenance
• Cleaning of the Community Centre as required
• General office admin/reception cover, as needed
• Perform routine maintenance to plant and equipment as required

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in similar role
• Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers and lawn equipment
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Valid drivers license
