About the Company

Our client is a highly successful residential volume builder specialising in the investment building market. They have been established over 30 years on the Gold Coast and are considered a leader in their field.

About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a professional Maintenance Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Building Manager you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors to rectify works as well as visiting sites. Responsibilities include:

Scheduling subcontractors and Maintenance team for work orders

Completing quality checks and QA

Inspecting works and writing reports

Rectifying minor issues on the tools - minimal

Working closely with Construction and Maintenance Administrators

What you'll need

Minimum 5-10 years residential building industry experience with good housing experience

Carpentry Trade qualification highly regarded

Experience within residential maintenance advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisation skills

Excellent eye for detail

Good computer and report writing skills
