We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to work for a leading distribution company. Your role will be assisting with managing financial records and support daily operations. If you have bookkeeping expertise, strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations: Reconciliation of bank transactions
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage supplier payments and make payments, invoicing and collection of debtor accounts.
- Payroll Administration – Process employee timesheets
- Financial Reporting – Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Record Maintenance – Update and maintain files
- Office Administration – Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
- Customer & Supplier Communication – Professionally handle inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Bookkeeping/Accounting skills
- Excellent attention to detail & organisational abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients & suppliers
- Good computer skills
