We’re seeking a master gardener with a unique blend of technical skills, botanical knowledge, and artistic vision turn a landscape architect’s designs into a living masterpiece. If you’re passionate about gardening, skilled in machinery, and have a deep understanding of plant development and care, while also looking for an opportunity for leadership in managing a gardening team this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our skilled team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Horticulture, Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, and/or construction safety white card and work safety at heights (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of plant species, soil conditions, climates, and optimal planting locations.
• Expertise in plant growth, propagation, and long-term care.
• Specialist pruning, hedging, seasonal pruning, planting and clean-outs.
• Ability to use plants and natural elements to sculpt, shape and enhance the garden design.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative to enhance the landscape.
• Skills in diagnosing, preventing, and treating plant diseases and pests.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery, including mowers and trimmers.
• Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
• Specialist in lawn care maintaining healthy lawns, working a cylinder mower, mowing, fertilizing, and managing weeds.
• Meticulous in every aspect of garden care, ensuring every element is maintained to the highest standard.
• Understanding of irrigation and watering systems.
• Work well in a team or independently.
• Valid driving license.
• Passionate about working outdoors and in all conditions.
• Current Police Check certificate.
