Your Role
As Operations Manager you will lead the delivery of our tenancy and property management services, ensuring they are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with legal, regulatory and funding requirements. You will guide and inspire a skilled and passionate team, oversee program development and continuous improvement, and play a key role in shaping our strategic direction as a trusted community housing provider.
Key Responsibilities
Leading day-to-day housing operations, ensuring quality service delivery, asset management and compliance
Supervising and supporting a high-performing operations team
Driving innovation, improvement and system design across housing operations
Managing budgets and reporting to ensure financial and operational sustainability
Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to strengthen community impact
Contributing to growth initiatives and supporting seamless integration of new programs
Representing Stellar Living at sector forums and building external partnerships.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in community housing, homelessness services or a related field. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide direction, support and inspiration to your team. You will have a proven track record of strategic leadership with the ability to drive delivery that achieves positive, meaningful outcomes for clients and the organisation.
You will bring to Stellar Living:
Strong leadership and team development experience
A solid understanding of tenancy and property management in a regulatory context
Budget and program management skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
A collaborative, values-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM/property management systems and Microsoft 365
A current WA Driver’s Licence and a clear National Police Check
