We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration/Finance Officer to join Holy Family Catholic School!
This part-time, permanent role is for 35 hrs/week (Monday-Friday 8am-3.30pm) for 41 weeks per year.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensure that contact with the school is welcoming for all parents, students and visitors and assist them with their enquiries.
Provide administrative support as part of the front office team, including financial administration.
General receipting of payments including end of day reconciliation.
Assist with general debtor accounts enquiries
Act as a designated First Aid Officer and provide timely first aid assistance and personal care support for students.
