We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant for a 6-12 month maternity leave position that is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare. If you have a high level of customer service and are emotionally intelligent, we are looking for you!

KEY POINTS
Part Time position of 15-19 hours per week with room to grow as our business expands.
Must be available Monday Mornings (8am-12pm approx), Tuesday afternoons (4-7pm approx) and Wednesdays (all day). Have the flexibility to cover Sick Leave and Holidays.
Enjoy working as a team and solo
Amazing ability to connect to people from all walks of life and of all ages.
Be passionate about health and helping people.
Have Social Media skills, including filming, and editing Instagram Reels for social media
Be a passionate advocate for our business and Chiropractic care, while receiving free treatments so you can see the benefits for yourself.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service - Meet and greet our patients, organise patient booking schedules, and handle payments.
Clinic Support - You will handle all phone calls, and data recording, and follow the day-to-day procedure of the clinic in an efficient manner
Practitioner Support - You are the right hand of our chiropractor.
Social Media/Marketing - Organise social media contributions - Facebook and Instagram, as well as monthly Newsletters.
Email Support - Filter and respond to necessary emails, flag important emails for our head Chiropractor
