LadyBird Home Loans is growing, and we're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’ve got a year of customer service experience on the phone and a genuine interest in lending, this could be your perfect next step!

What You’ll Do:

Support our Mortgage Brokers in preparing loan applications and gathering required documentation

Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth process from application to settlement

Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care

Maintain accurate records and assist in managing our CRM system

Learn the ins and outs of residential lending with on-the-job training and support

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of customer service experience (telephone-based essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

An eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage and finance space

High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

No prior lending experience necessary – just a genuine interest in the industry (experience within the finance sector highly regarded)
