The role

As the Production and Installation Supervisor at Gold Coast Shower Screens, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the manufacturing and installation processes. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in Coombabah, QLD and play a critical role in ensuring the company's production targets are met and customer requirements are satisfied.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the production and installation teams to meet production schedules and quality standards

Develop and implement efficient production and installation workflows to improve productivity and minimise waste

Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure sufficient raw materials are available

Identify and resolve production and installation issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Provide technical guidance and training to production and installation personnel to upskill the team

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Experience in the Glazing industry is essentual

Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
