About the role

Industrial Engraving Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Belrose, NSW. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our production warehouse to support our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Production tasks involved in the manufacturing of engraved and printed

Conducting and supervising the day-to-day operations of the production warehouse, including receiving, storing, manufacturing, picking, packing and dispatching of procesed materials and finished goods

Supervise, assist and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet production demands

Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and systems to optimise efficiency and productivity

Identify and resolve any operational issues

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Provide leadership and training to all warehouse team members

Collaborate and work closely with Production, Sales and Admin teams.

What we're looking for

An autonomous worker who thrives in working with a team or working alone.

Must have proven experience as a Production Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production, warehouse systems, inventory control and logistics processes

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations

Proficient in using MS Office applications. Coreldraw experience would be highly regarded but not essential

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment would be highly regarded but not essential
