About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of customised projects focused on customer service quality and organisational performance. You will engage directly with clients to shape and implement projects, oversee data collection and reporting, and provide tailored advice that helps clients translate insights into action. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, software development discussions, and support broader business development activities across the unit.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience managing projects and providing client-focused service in complex environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and liaise effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and working with databases, with experience supporting system or software improvements
