About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, the Senior Academic Services Officer is responsible for undertaking a range of administrative activities to support the delivery of UniSA Online’s programs and courses. You will be responsible for the effective resolution of issues and consistent interpretation and application of the University’s academic administration policies and procedures within UniSA Online. The position provides high level and responsive advice and support in relation to programs, courses, and operational projects.

UniSA Online was established as a key project as part of the University’s Digital Learning Strategy. UniSA Online offers fully online degrees purposely designed for study on demand, 24/7 student support, and access to state of the art teaching and learning resources through an interactive online platform. Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex organisation, involving the provision of advice and recommendations to senior staff
  • Highly developed research and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
  • Previous experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • High level interpersonal skills
