Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding is seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organised Receptionist to join our dynamic and passionate team in Llandilo. As a key member of our busy pet care facility, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and their pets

Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and manage bookings efficiently

Perform a range of administrative tasks with high attention to detail

Confidently upsell and cross-sell services and products

Navigate booking software and digital tools with ease

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills and Experience:

Essential: Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment

Experience with sales and upselling services confidently

Experience using booking and scheduling software (highly regarded)

Understanding of bookkeeping principles and Xero (highly regarded)

Animal industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Confident around dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.

Must have a current driver's license and own reliable transport

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays is essential however other days may also be required

Availability during school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays is important. While you may not be required to work every public holiday, flexibility is essential during these busy periods.
