The Role:
As our Receptionist & Client Experience Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key driver of our growth through building relationships, converting leads, and enhancing the client journey.
This role is for Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, with hours to be negotiated (and can be flexible)
What you’ll do:
- Respond promptly and warmly to inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Build trust with prospective clients by understanding their health goals and clearly explaining how our services can meet their needs.
- Proactively follow up with leads to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Lead Conversion:
- Acknowledge and thank referrers (e.g., GPs, support coordinators) for their referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with referrers through and meaningful engagement activities.
- Actively identify opportunities to grow referral networks.
- Referrer Acknowledgement & Engagement:
- Welcome clients warmly in-person and virtually, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of care and professionalism.
- Coordinate with practitioners to provide a seamless experience for clients accessing multiple services.
- Handle client enquiries and feedback with empathy, ensuring resolution is both timely and satisfactory.
- Client Experience:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and referrer updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the clinical and reception teams to ensure smooth workflows and minimise gaps in communication.
- Administration & Coordination:
About You:
- You have experience in sales, client service, or community engagement—ideally in health, wellness, or allied health settings.
- You’re a people person who thrives on connecting with others and creating positive, lasting impressions.
- You’re goal-driven with a natural ability to inspire confidence and action in others.
- You have exceptional communication skills, are empathetic, and can navigate conversations with ease.
- You’re highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable with multitasking in a busy environment.
- A background in healthcare or an understanding of NDIS processes is a bonus (but not essential).
