The business is now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a key member of the regional leadership team – the Area Director for Australasia. This role sits at the heart of strategic execution and offers the chance to operate alongside senior stakeholders across the region and beyond.
This is a role for a confident, forward-thinking Executive Assistant who thrives under pressure and brings both strategic oversight and operational precision. Working closely with a highly mobile and externally-facing leader, you’ll manage a complex schedule, oversee executive logistics, and act as a key liaison across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Scheduling: Manage a fast-moving calendar of internal and external meetings, ensuring the Area Director’s time is aligned to business priorities across multiple geographies.
- Travel Management: Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visa arrangements, and on-the-ground support.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of high-profile leadership meetings, stakeholder events, and external engagements.
- Document Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to a high professional standard for leadership forums and regional workshops.
- Inbox and Workflow Oversight: Proactively manage incoming communications, prioritising actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, always representing the Area Director with professionalism and discretion.
About You
- Experience at the Top: Demonstrated success supporting senior executives in a global or regional role, ideally within a complex or highly regulated industry.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to manage sensitive communications and build trust quickly.
- Highly Organised: You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and keep pace with evolving business priorities.
- Calm Under Pressure: You’re resilient, adaptable, and able to handle last-minute changes with composure and efficiency.
- Collaborative and Commercially Aware: You understand the bigger picture and operate with a sense of urgency, tact, and professionalism.
