The Opportunity

This ASX-listed company is looking to bring in a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Operations Manager of the Funds Management team. The position has become available at one of Australia’s most highly regarded property groups in a beautifully luxurious headquarters located in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are extremely well-established and perceived to be one of Australia’s most innovative companies, which has resulted in them becoming an award-winner that is committed to creating a sustainable, connected community.

Our client is looking for a switched-on, highly organised and polished individual for a 4 week long contract. You will be remunerated based on experience within financial services whilst joining a work culture that is unmatched.

The Responsibility

As the Executive Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of the CEO’s inbox and calendar, whilst preparing correspondence on their behalf;
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO for both internal and external stakeholders, establishing strong professional relationships;
  • Deal with confidential information and ensure discretion;
  • Prepare reports and additional correspondence including papers, presentations, briefings and proposals;
  • Manage staff events, team engagement initiatives, conferences, and projects as required;
  • General administrative tasks including expense processing, invoices processing and electronic filing;
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, transfers and accommodation;
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably required.

The Expertise

To be successful in this role you will possess 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. You will have a background in financial services and encompass the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team will be highly-regarded, along with your excellent time management skills. You will be confident, professional, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative, intermediate MS Office Suite skills, and a high attention to detail.
