This role is a permanent and full-time role and will be based out of our Norwest Office in Sydney. This is an onsite role with no hybrid working system.

Purpose of the role:

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation’s supply chain operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate master data, generating meaningful insights through business intelligence tools, and contributing to the efficiency of procurement, inventory, and distribution processes. By leveraging ERP systems, Power BI, Excel, and analytical tools, the Supply Chain Analyst ensures data integrity, supports key projects, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to-

Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across supply chain / inventory modules.

Support ongoing ERP data migration and integration activities with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate transfer of supply chain data

Manage and maintain master data in the ERP system (e.g., product data including APIs and specific classifications, supplier pricing, batch/expiry data).

Conduct commercial analysis on pricing structures and supplier comparisons to support strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, and supply continuity.

Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support supply chain KPIs, stock levels, supplier performance, and demand planning.

Provide analytical support for demand forecasting and inventory replenishment strategies, considering seasonal trends and product categories.

Generate routine and ad hoc reports to assist decision-making in procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Identify inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements using data insights and reporting tools.

Collaborate closely with internal abbey teams like supply chain and inventory team.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management with IT/Data Analysis focus, or a related field.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, data architecture, and master data governance.

1-2 years of experience working on large data sets.

Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel for data reporting and analytics.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets

Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and manage time effectively

Excellent attention to detail and produce quality work

Time management skills and the ability to utilise company resources effectively
