The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team. Working across a broad range of family law matters, you will manage a diverse caseload involving:

Private property settlements

Parenting disputes and parenting agreements

Domestic violence matters

Divorce applications

Binding Financial Agreements and Binding Child Support Agreements

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of family law matters independently

Providing strategic advice to clients

Attending court appearances, mediations and negotiations

Mentoring and supporting junior staff as required

Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

About You

Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate

Minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience (family law experience strongly preferred)

Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Client-focused, pragmatic and highly organised

Benefits

Salary range: $130,000 to $170,000 (commensurate with experience) plus superannuation
