Saska Cafe has an exciting opportunity for a Head Barista with a positive can-do attitude to join our Cafe team. This opportunity is for a full-time or part-time role, with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Coffee is operated in a clean and efficient manner, handle high volumes of coffee whilst ensuring high quality coffee at all times.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have highly developed standards of customer service, work well under pressure and experience in a similar role.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a busy fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Posses a friendly, approachable and welcoming attitude

Understand and take instruction well

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

· Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers

· Ensure the coffee area is kept clean and tidy

· Excellent knowledge of Grinder and Coffee Machine Maintenance

· Prepare consistent coffee and beverages to customers

· Latte art is desirable, however a good cup of coffee is most important

· High attention to detail
