A new cafe opening soon in Balwyn North. We are in search of experienced staff that have the ability to provide high end customer service.

The Role:

As a Barista / All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include

Serving various specialty coffee , hot and cold drinks

Serving customers and using the POS system

Engaging with your team and customers alike

Working behind Bar, toasting food when required

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in very fast paced cafe as a Barista minimum ( 2 Years)

People's person with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers

Latte Art preferred but not essential

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
