As an Infrastructure Maintenance Crew member/Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring public safety and protecting the natural environment by assisting with a variety of infrastructure maintenance tasks. This role offers a diverse and rewarding work environment where no two days are the same.
You'll be assisting with Infrastructure Maintenance activities - road repairs, footpath reinstatement, drainage repairs, street furniture repairs and street signage repairs. At all times you'll be demonstrating safe and efficient operation of equipment, whilst complying with safety standards to help keep yourself, your colleagues, and the community safe.

What you'll bring - skills, experience and certificates:
- Experience in Road Infrastructure, Drainage, Cleaning and Waste maintenance activities.
- Experience in the safe and competent operation of vehicles and plant.
- Understanding and experience with safely and competently operating mechanical sweepers.
- Knowledge of traffic control requirements as to placement of warning signs, barriers and lights.
- Knowledge of the safety requirements associated with working in confined spaces.
- Experience in the use of light hydraulic cranes.
- The ability to work in a team environment, take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner
Forklift, Excavator, Backhoe, Traffic Control and Confined Space certificates are desirable.
Mandatory Pre-employment checks:
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) (Previously known as a police checks)
- Functional Capacity Assessment
- Drivers Licence
- Heavy Rigid Truck Licence
We offer:
- Salary $74,332.65 per annum plus super
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:56 pm
