Yirara College is a secondary Lutheran Boarding College for Aboriginal students from Central and remote areas of Australia. We are a vibrant Christian community, providing a wide range of teaching and recreational programs for its students. The Role

Assist with preparation of facilities and grounds as required

Support with maintenance repairs to facilities, grounds and as requested conforming to workplace health & safety guidelines

Oversight of work as directed by the property service supervisor regarding maintenance equipment and trades/contractor services

General maintenance within the school and residential properties surrounding

About you

What we are looking for:

Demonstrated experience in landscape management

Demonstrated experience in building maintenance including the appropriate use of machinery and tools

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation and standards
