About the role - THIS ROLE IS BASED IN BEARS LAGOON

• Our client is a well-known food manufacturer
• Full-time permanent position.
• Monday to Friday with standard working hours.

About your duties –

• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices are complied with.
• Installing, repairing and maintaining equipment and performing routine maintenance of plant and equipment related to maintenance activities
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and projects on a regular basis and as required
• Ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, manufacturer’s guidelines, building regulations and environment protection guidelines
• Ensure and monitor high levels of equipment reliability and safety with documentation and record keeping as required
• Maintain neat and tidy appearance of the workshop and an effective spare parts stock

About you -

• Qualified trade certification
• Medium rigid/heavy rigid truck license is essential.
• Experience with conveyers, forklift would be highly regarded.
• Problems solving and communication skills
• Record keeping and documentation
• Strong OH&S knowledge and understanding
