Tree Crew Team Member

• Ongoing Full Time
• Salary: $ 73,902 pa + super + allowance + 9 day fortnight
• Location: Croydon

Maroondah City Council is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to join its Tree Management team.

As part of a team of dedicated tree care professionals, the Team Crew Team Members are responsible for all aspects of practical tree management across the municipality including pruning, tree removals, storm response, planting and tree assessment.

You will need:

• A trade qualification in arboriculture equivalent to a minimum of Certificate III
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
• Current Medium Rigid Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in arboriculture.
• High-level organisational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with all stakeholders to achieve team and organisational goals and objectives.
• A passion for the sustainable management of trees and the urban forest
