About the Role
An opportunity exists for someone to join the team at Aircon Services on a part-time basis (approx. 25-32 hours/week) as Office Manager.
Immediate start is preferred.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering sales calls / enquiries
Scheduling and dispatching
Invoicing and some quoting
General office administration
Basic bookkeeping including payroll
The role would suit someone who is willing to ‘own’ the role and responsibilities and make it their own. Working with a small team, there is a great deal of flexibility and autonomy with the option to develop and grow the role.

About You
Organised and excellent time management skills.
Great communicator
Customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Basic bookkeeping / payroll experience highly regarded.
Marketing and social media will be favorable for the job role.
