The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, confident, and people-focused Admin Officer. Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of workplace operations. The variety in this role will keep you motivated and engaged, especially if you're creative.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in our systems.

Bookkeeping: Assist with financial record-keeping, including invoicing and expense tracking.

Payroll: Process weekly payroll and quarterly super payments.

Accounting Support: Perform monthly reconciliation and reports.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.

Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings.

Quoting: Prepare and send quotes to clients.

Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.

About You:

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (MYOB desirable).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptable and flexible. Problem-solving skills are essential.
