About the role
Prowest Ceilings' is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Balcatta. This part-time position will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office duties
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers, both in person and over the phone
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating office systems and records
Helping management prepare pay runs and general bookeeping tasks
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
Xero Accounting knowledge preferable but not necessary
Any previous HR knowledge will be helpful but is not necessary
