About the role

Due to internal development we have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to manage high-volume data entry and accounts payable functions, with occasional support for other finance tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail.

Reporting to the Accounts Office Manager you will be responsible for processing and reconciling accounts payable transactions, handling high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments while resolving discrepancies, assisting with other accounts duties as needed, and collaborating with the team to meet deadlines

About you

Previous accounts payable and data entry experience is preferred, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential. Proficiency in Excel and solid computer skills are required, while experience in residential construction and exposure to Business Craft would be highly beneficial. A proactive and team-focused mindset will ensure success in this role.
