A unique opportunity for a Remuneration and Rewards Specialist to step in and make a real impact!

This global FMCG business is looking for someone to start in the coming weeks on an initial 6-month max-term contract, with the potential to go permanent.

This role is perfect for someone who, by the end of their 6 months, wants to see the tangible results of their work. You’ll be the go-to person responsible for driving consistency and uplift in remuneration practices and strategies across all sites.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Benchmarking salaries across multiple sites to ensure competitiveness and alignment with current market rates;
• Conducting job evaluations to support organisational structure and role clarity;
• Analysing bonus structures to ensure they remain competitive and support overall business objectives;
• Collating and preparing relevant reports and insights for key stakeholders; and
• Providing guidance and advice to employees transitioning into new roles across the business.

To Be Successful:

• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Availability to commence in May;
• Previous experience in FMCG or a comparable blue-collar industry;
• Strong hands-on experience with benchmarking tools such as Mercer or Aon; and
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable business advice.
