What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Solar Specialist, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners (leads provided) to guide them through an in-depth, educational solar assessment. Your goal is to help them make an informed and confident decision.

You will:

Conduct 60–90 minute in-home solar assessments with prepared, pre-qualified customers

Review energy usage, explain bills, and identify savings opportunities

Custom design a tailored solar solution based on the client’s budget, needs, and property

Educate customers about our premium products, warranties, and government incentives

Clearly explain our Pay As You Save (PAYS) system where applicable

Build strong relationships and represent a brand that customers trust long after installation

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Confident presenting information and answering questions

A strong desire to help people and make an impact

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule

Full Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Prior solar experience is not required. We provide all training, mentoring, and tools to succeed. If you come from a background in sales, real estate, energy, automotive, or trades, we want to hear from you.
