Your new role

We have an opportunity for a highly skilled RPO Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Hays team and work onsite with our esteemed client. This full-time, three-month temporary position has the potential to become permanent and is available for an immediate start. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with time spent onsite in Homebush, Sydney CBD, and working from home.

• Effectively managing the recruitment process
• Partner with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution
• Working with our internal sourcing team and Hays agency team to source for the roles
• Provide specialist advice, support and recommendations on specific market conditions
• Facilitate end to end recruitment solution including placement and aftercare as per the client specific operations manual

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous end to end recruitment experience
• Highly organised and process-driven professional who excels in managing complex workflows and ensuring operational efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
• Proud of your strong track record delighting your customers
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
