Based in Naval Base, this Finance Manager role, you’ll:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
• Lead a small finance team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive the implementation and optimisation of financial systems and processes.
• Partner with operational teams to support project costing, margin analysis, and commercial decisions.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with a degree in business or similar.
• Experience in finance leadership, ideally in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
• A proactive, energetic approach with a passion for improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
