🚀 We're Hiring: Finance Manager

💰 Pay Range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a hands-on finance professional ready to take ownership of financial operations in a growing, dynamic business? We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to lead our finance team and help shape the future of our company.

You’ll work closely with Directors and Senior Management and play a key role in steering our financial strategy. From budgeting and cash flow management to payroll, reporting, and statutory compliance—you’ll be central to keeping the business running smoothly and scaling sustainably.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee financial accounting and reporting activities, including month-end, quarterly, and year-end processes

Ensure compliance with tax obligations, support external accountants, and manage statutory reporting

Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and Accounting roles

Collaborate across departments to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information

Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new finance technologies and systems

Act as a key point of contact for finance-related enquiries and support across the business

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who is not only experienced but also thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’re confident managing the finance function of a growing business, and you bring energy, structure, and commercial insight to everything you do.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in a similar finance leadership role

Strong knowledge of accounting software and confidence in integrating new finance tools

Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory obligations

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

A collaborative approach and proven ability to lead and mentor a small finance team

A commercial outlook—you enjoy helping shape strategic financial decisions

Bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-moving, independent, or manufacturing business before!
