Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
• Implement and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, funding needs, and working capital requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
• 1+ years of progressive experience in financial management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in NDIS field is Preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Change management and process improvement experience.
