Specialising in the Commercial and Construction industries, our company boasts a network of 100+ dedicated and skilled individuals.
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Support Administrator to join our close-knit team in the main office located in Warriewood NSW. You will possess a strong level of working proficiency with Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications. Key responsibilities are maintaining accurate financial records, data entry and supporting the company's overall accounting functions.
This is a Part-time role with flexible hours, 3 days per week | $35 - $50 per hour. (Ideally between Tuesday to Thursday)
Your duties will include:
Manage payroll processing and superannuation payments.
Maintain accurate Data entry and financial reporting. Update financial spreadsheets.
Process and track accounts payable/receivable.
Cash Flow management and forecasting across multiple accounts.
Accurate documentation of all financial transactions, expenses, invoicing and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements with general ledgers to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Analyse and forecast expenditure to support strategic financial planning, stability and growth.
Providing clerical support and administration to the Director and Management.
About you:
Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (preferred).
3+ years of Bookkeeping experience (minimum).
Highly proficient in utilising Xero Accounting Software and Windows Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail, financial literacy and analytical skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and last-minute changes.
Live locally (preferred, not essential).
