The Role: As the Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless operation of the lead agent’s schedule and sales processes, contributing to the continued success of the team. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and demonstrates impeccable attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the lead agent’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate the preparation and management of residential sales documentation
- Provide hands-on support at mid-week auctions with a solid understanding of auction processes
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports to a high professional standard
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare appraisal kits, pre-list and settlement packs with accuracy and precision
- Create marketing materials for new listings including signboards, brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns
- Launch between 6–8 new listings to market per month, ensuring all collateral and campaigns are executed flawlessly

About You:
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive Assistant or Sales PA within the real estate industry
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s licence
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining professionalism at all times
