Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machinist/Toolmaker. The Machinist/Toolmaker will be responsible for operating CNC machines and performing machining tasks. They will also assemble mechanical components, develop CAD-CAM designs and toolpathing.

Qualifications

CNC (2 x FANUC 2 axis Lathe - FANUC 3 + 1 axis Machine Centre) and manual Machining skills

Mechanical Assembly and CAD-CAM design experience.

Fusion 360 Experience is considered an advantage

Experience in reverse engineering and prototype development

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Contributing ideas and suggestions towards continuous improvement

Maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

Sound understanding of safe working principals.

Teamwork focus and a positive can do attitude.
