We are offering a full-time position for a capable Family Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in the area of Family Law, including but not limited to parenting matters, property disputes and divorce applications.

This role will involve a focus in the following:

Application for Consent Orders;

Financial Agreements;

Divorce Applications;

Family Violence Intervention Orders;

Parenting Agreements / Parenting Plans;

Participating in private mediation;

Issuing proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia;

Alternative dispute resolution

Skills and Experience:

3+ years post-admission experience;

LEAP - Experience with this practice management software is preferable;

Can work independently without supervision;

Ability to build and foster a rapport with clients;

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and can work efficiently under pressure;

High attention to detail;

Excellent communication skills;

Driven to learn and improve;

Passionate about law.

Salary package will be negotiable depending on experience, maturity, professionalism and productivity.
